When: When else? Halloween day, Friday, October 31, 4-7p.m.
Why: Candy, games, wandering performers, and did we mention candy? The highlight, however, might well be the moon bounce. Brooklyn Academy of Music‘s seventh annual Halloween extravaganza promises to be a party for the ages, especially this year, when its theme, “A BAM Before Time,” will take Halloween revelers back to prehistory with fossil digs and cave art. Oh, and candy. This is one time you want to be BAMboozled!

How to get there: The BAMbus picks up at Park Avenue between 41st and 42nd Streets and costs $7 ($6 for subscribers, Friends of BAM, and students with valid ID). For reservations call 718.636.4100.
