Jamaican-born and self-taught chef Nigel Jones graces his dinner guests with a delicious mix of Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine at his weekly pop-up, Kingston 11, located at Berkeley’s Guerilla Café (from $11 per entree). You’ll often find the place rocking with live music and buzzing with beautiful people too.

A twenty-something Colorado native, Alison Kjeldgaard is an aspiring editor, avid reader, and obsessed tango dancer.
