Review: The 10th

Mid-Vail
Vail Mountain
Vail, CO 81657
(970) 754-1010

Description
Perched atop Vail Mountain and accessible only by ski lift,  The 10th is no ordinary restaurant. Most regular skiers and snowboarders have learned firsthand that good food is scarce on the slopes, but this local mainstay is an exception, serving up healthy, quality meals in a classy, ski-in-ski-out environment.

The beautiful wooden building houses a lovely dining room, but it’s the magnificent views that are the true draw. The Chicken Noodle Soup and the Cobb salad make for a delicious, light meal, or the specialty pizzas and pot pies are sure to please heartier appetites.

Note to ladies: If you’re feeling too sweaty and unkempt for a fancy lunch, never fear. The 10th has on hand blow dryers and hairspray aplenty to freshen and tame your helmet hair.
