Why: It’s reality TV, for animals. That means drama, wildlife style. More than 10 years in the making, the Discovery Channel’s “Planet Earth” series tracks some of nature’s most elusive and intriguing animals, from birds of paradise to the endangered Amur leopard. Bryant Park may be mobbed this week, but Prospect Park has the real cat(s) walk.
