Description
In Iran, green rice is a delicacy. In Huntington Beach, CA, Green Rice Kabob is a restaurant that serves up delicious, unique, meals. Owner Soheila Siadate started her restaurant with the conviction to share Persian cuisine with the surrounding community. She succeeded.

Falafel, gyros, and shwarma are on the menu here, along with creative twists on traditional dishes. The restaurant also maintains vegetarian-friendly options. Start by smothering saj bread (similar to pita) with the restaurant’s signature hummus before indulging in the entrees.
