Every summer should include at least one gourmet feast on the farm, especially if it’s for a good cause. On July 25, Katchkie Farm will host this 9th annual dinner benefiting The Sylvia Center, a community-based youth program that has inspired kids at over fifty schools and community centers in New York City and Columbia County to embrace healthy eating through cooking classes and hands-on work in the Learning Garden at Katchkie Farm.
The evening’s festivities will include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a buffet in the field, catered by Great Performances, as well as silent and live auctions and tours of the beautiful Hudson Valley farm.
