Sip on cocktails made from The Shanty’s house gins (c/o NY Distilling Co.), then saunter over to beautiful urban winery Brooklyn Winery and stumble on to Brooklyn Brewery (check the site for tour times and hours). There’s usually a pizza truck outside the brewery, or you can order delivery (Best Pizza and Carmine’s Original deliver in every sense of the word) to pair with your drafts. Alternatively, start at the brewery, try a flight of wines and pairings at Brooklyn Winery and grab a night cap at The Shanty. 2. Already tapped Brooklyn Brewery a few times? Take a tasting tour of KelSo Beer Co. in Clinton Hill, then walk up Vanderbilt Ave. to iCi to share swoon-worthy bites of organic goodness on the patio. (Stop by on a Wednesday night for the $25 prix-fixe menu, which might offer housemade ricotta cavatelli and a goat cheese cake for dessert.) KelSo tours available on Saturdays.
