Description
With the mission to reconnect diners to the origins of their food, Outstanding in the Field is a rotating dinner series. The venue and menu may change, but it’s always a one-of-a-kind experience and it’s always a gourmet meal prepared with local, organic ingredients. Join fellow foodies at the roving culinary organization’s signature long table—set in the middle of a lush field, atop a mountain, or in a sea cave.

Dinner begins with a 30-45 minute tour of the host farm or site before visitors sit down for dinner. Tickets include the tour, wine, appetizers, four courses, and gratuities ($180).

Outstanding in the Field tours internationally, but frequently visits California. Visit the website for current tour information. And be sure to make reservations early as dinners sell out fast.
