On a busy Saturday at the Annual San Jose Taco Festival of Innovation, Treatbot’s Victoria Dzuong took time out from serving bruléed crepe horchata ice cream tacos (it wasn’t named the “Festival of Innovation” for nothing!) to tell us about her favorite ice cream joints in the Bay Area—after Treatbot, of course!
