In honor of Peruvian Independence Day, Chef Carlos Altamirano’s flagship restaurant, Mochica, is hosting its inaugural Piscofest. From July 25-29, the SOMA restaurant will feature a range of pisco-inspired experiences, including music, Peruvian brunch specials (with special pisco cocktails), pisco tasting flights, and a special guest lecture by pisco connoisseur, Miguel Solari.
