Middle’terranea: Pop-Up Delish at MINA Test Kitchen

If you’re looking for a way to savor the last of summer, The MINA Test Kitchen has you covered. Now through the fall, James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Mina is teaming up with Chef Adam Sobel of RN74 for a pop-up dinner series, Middle’terranea. The passion project will explore the chefs Egyptian (Mina) and Mediterranean (Sobel) heritages, combining flavors from Israel, Turkey, Egypt, and other countries of the Middle East, the Mediterranean and North Africa.

Guests can expect a five-course, family-style meal that incorporates exotic spices, roasted meats, and fresh veggies. The pop-up will be open Wednesday through Saturday nights from 5:30-10 p.m., at 2120 Greenwich Street, near Fillmore. Tickets are $45 per person for five courses, and add-on courses and beverage pairings are also available.
