The ferry also offers service to <a title=\"take the ferry to governors island\" href=\"http:\/\/govisland.com\/html\/visit\/directions.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Governors Island<\/a> on Saturdays and Sundays over the summer. Departing from Pier 11 in Wall Street, this route brings you through the New York Harbor, beneath the\u00a0Verrazano Bridge and past the Coney Island boardwalk. You can also booze while you cruise as beer and other beverages are available on board. <strong>Fare:<\/strong> $20 one way, $5\/surfboards and bikes<\/p>\n<h2><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.seastreak.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seastreak Ferry<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you are planning a trip to Martha\u2019s Vineyard this summer, avoid frustrating traffic and hit the high seas on the Seastreak. This five hour boat ride is a relaxing alternative to flying or driving and is outfitted with a full bar.<br \/>\n<strong>Fare:<\/strong> $240 roundtrip from NY, $30 roundtrip\/bike<\/p>\n<h2><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.siferry.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Staten Island Ferry<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You see them all the time, those bright orange giants, slowly chugging back and forth between lower Manhattan and Staten Island. Most people use them to commute, but the twenty five minute ride is a great way to take in views of the city and the Statue of Liberty. \u00a0Spend an afternoon as a tourist in your own city. <strong>Fare:<\/strong> Free<\/p>\n<h2><strong><a title=\"permanent link to ny water taxi \" href=\"http:\/\/www.nywatertaxi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Water Taxi<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Start in Dumbo in the afternoon and wind up in Hell\u2019s Kitchen for dinner.
