Tribeca may be cool, but the festival will cost you $15 a ticket (more when you buy online) plus $25 or so if you want to hear the \u201cexperts\u201d talk about it. The Pratt Institute-produced Wallabout Film Festival, on the other hand, is screening many short films, both fiction and non-fiction, for (wait for it) FREE\u2014plus wine and nibbles. And it\u2019s part of a collective work, bridging creatives and community, which means there will be some interesting discussion going on, also free.
