Description<\/strong>
\nOpened by the former owner of San Jose’s The\u00a0Cactus Club<\/a>, the Blank Club is small, dingy, dark, and loud! Tickets are cheap\u2014as are drinks\u2014and the bands are mostly of the small indie variety, with the occasional appearance by bigger names. But most of all, this spot is laid back and unpretentious. You don’t have to dress up to rock out here.<\/p>\n

Tip: If you like to dance, or if you’re just plain nostalgic for the ’80s, check out Atomic Thursdays. Every Thursday, the club features a DJ spinning New Wave hits\u2014and it’s free before 10:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
