Rent a kayak at the Cove ($30 with <a title=\"Permanent link to Adventures by the SEa\" href=\"https:\/\/offmetro.com\/sf\/324\/adventures-by-the-sea-review\/\">Adventures by the Sea<\/a>), and check out the strange rock piles at Spanish Bay (and maybe make your own contribution).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take a hike<\/strong><br \/>\nIt\u2019s free to stroll the grounds, and probably less stressful than worrying about your handicap. So don your collared shirt and loafers or best film star outfit and act like you belong. Pack a picnic, take in the scenery, feel the water, and make your contribution to the rock art.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Watch the sunset<\/strong><br \/>\nEven if you can\u2019t afford to stay there, head up to the <a title=\"Lodge at Spanish Bay website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pebblebeach.com\/accommodations\/the-inn-at-spanish-bay\" target=\"_blank\">Lodge at Spanish Bay<\/a> when the light is starting to wane.
