The Heart of the City Farmer’s Market is a farmer-run non-profit farmer’s market in San Francisco’s United Nations Plaza whose mission is to bring healthy food and nutrition education outreach to a “food desert” that lacks a grocery store. They are committed to helping create a healthy Heart of the City – join in and check out all they have to offer!
